Not a Chatbot-only deployment (this includes full ticketing and workflow setup). Not a Help Desk staffing engagement (this is the technical platform setup, not hiring/training strategy).

Pain it solves: Support teams are drowning in a shared inbox with no ticket tracking, customer context, or SLA visibility. Reps waste time searching for customer information across systems, response times are inconsistent, and leadership has zero visibility into support metrics or common issues driving churn.
