What it is NOT: Not a one-time report or ad-hoc analysis. Not a data warehouse implementation (assumes data infrastructure exists). Not a business intelligence tool selection project. Not a replacement for operational dashboards used by individual contributors. Not a full BI platform deployment.

2. ICP Value Proposition
