What it is NOT: Not a payroll system implementation (that's HR/Finance). Not a quota-setting exercise only (quotas are one component). Not a sales performance management platform deployment (SPM is broader). Not a CRM implementation project (commission tracking may use CRM but this is compensation-focused).

2. ICP Value Proposition

Pain it solves: Sales leaders struggle with comp plans that don't motivate the right behaviors, create disputes over deal crediting, and rely on manual spreadsheets that cause payout errors and delays.
