Not a Marketing Automation build (that's nurture sequences and triggers). Not a CRM customization project (though findings may inform CRM changes).

Pain it solves: Marketing generates leads but conversion rates are poor, and no one can explain why. Teams lack visibility into where leads stall, drop off, or go dark. Sales and Marketing point fingers at each other because there's no shared understanding of the lead journey or handoff process.
