What it is: A comprehensive RevOps implementation project that designs and deploys a fully automated outbound sales system, encompassing tool selection, data enrichment workflows, multi-channel sequences, and SDR enablement to systematically generate pipeline through coordinated outreach across email, phone, and social channels.

What it is NOT: Not a Sales Engagement Platform implementation alone (that's just one component). Not a one-time list build (this creates repeatable workflows). Not manual prospecting optimization. Not inbound lead management or marketing automation.

Pain it solves: SDRs spend 70%+ of their time on manual tasks—researching prospects, building lists, writing emails, and updating the CRM—leaving minimal time for actual selling. Outreach is inconsistent, unpersonalized, and relies on individual rep heroics rather than a repeatable system. Pipeline generation is unpredictable.
