4b. Internal Handoff (SME → Architect)
Purpose: Transfer context so Architect can manage ongoing relationship.
What the Architect needs to know:

- Strategic context: why these specific stages were chosen (tied to their actual sales milestones)
- Common issues: most questions will be about "what stage should this deal be in?" — refer to stage reference card
- When to escalate back to SME: any request to change stage definitions, modify validation rules, or add new record types

- Confirm governance process: who owns lifecycle changes, how to request modifications
- For Single Project engagements: Walk through maintenance schedule in detail, record a video walkthrough
- Make it explicit: "Project complete"
