This project is designed for Sales-Led Growth (SLG) and hybrid SLG/PLG B2B SaaS companies where:

CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot)

The CRM is the system of record for NPS data. Survey responses sync to Contact and Account objects, enabling CSMs to see scores in context alongside all other account data. Also serves as the automation engine for detractor alerts and promoter workflows.

Collaboration/Alerting (Slack or Microsoft Teams)

Real-time detractor alert notifications are typically delivered via Slack or Teams channels, ensuring CSMs see critical feedback immediately rather than discovering it during a weekly CRM review.

Customer Success Platform (if applicable -- Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango)

If the client has a CS platform, NPS data feeds into it as one health score component. The CS platform may also serve as the survey delivery mechanism (Gainsight has native survey functionality).

Approach 3: Enterprise VoC Program
