Approach:
- Diagnose the root cause through 1-on-1 conversations with non-adopters:
- Do they not know how to use it? --> More training (unlikely to be the real issue)
- Does it not answer their questions? --> Metric gap; add the missing KPI
- Is it not part of their workflow? --> Embed in meetings (this is usually the real issue)
- Work with the executive sponsor (CRO or VP RevOps) to mandate dashboard review in at least one standing meeting
- Configure automated Slack or email digests that push key metrics to executives daily/weekly -- so they see the data even without logging in
