- Co-sell (both parties active): Rep receives 75% commission. Partner receives co-sell margin. Total cost-of-sale documented and approved by Finance.
- Document all channel deal types in the RoE with explicit examples.
Key validation:
Calculate total cost-of-sale (internal commission + partner fees) for each channel scenario. If total exceeds 25-30% of ACV on any deal type, the economics are unsustainable and rates need adjustment.
