- Campaign performance baselines (what "good" looks like for this client)
- Known data quality issues and workarounds
- Customer stakeholder map: who owns what, who responds to what, who the champion is
- Common issues: scoring drift, ad fatigue on Tier 1 accounts, CRM sync lag

- Walk through documentation package
- Review ABM program performance vs. initial goals
- Confirm ABM governance model (weekly syncs, monthly reviews, quarterly refreshes)
- Walk through maintenance schedule in detail
- Answer final questions
- Make it explicit: "Project complete"
- For Single Project engagements: Hand over the maintenance schedule (4a) and walk the customer through it step by step
